Barred Chain Stitch

 Yet another stitch that I had never heard of or stitched before and once I got into the rhythm of this stitch I quite enjoyed it.  This was supposed to be a nautilus shell design but I doubt that anyone would be able to tell.

    Lovely stitching! I knew right away it was a Nautilus. Your band sampler is looking great!

    Thanks Linda! Glad you were able to recognize what I was going for :) I came across a lovely site the other day about an artist who loves to paint poppies. I thought of you & thought you might enjoy reading her bio and the marvelous quotes sprinkled throughout. Have a wonderful day!
