Then There Were Four

So now I've finished crocheting my four babushka's for my lovely granddaughters.  I'd like to just keep making more as they were so fun to do!!  I finished off the smallest one ( Katrinka) with french knots for hair that I stitched right on the felt for the face before I stitched it on to the body.  It worked out really well.  Maybe, just maybe, I'll have enough time to make a couple more for a friend who has two delightful daughters.  But what I'd like to do and what I'll have time to do especially before Christmas don't always match.

  2. Thanks Annet. If/when I make another one I'd like to try the hair using some boucle thread to see how that would turn out.

  3. You're really going to town on these little cuties! I went so far as to look at the book online, but I stopped short of ordering it. I just have too many project going already. Instead, I'll just enjoy looking at yours!

  4. Thanks Diane & I know exactly what you mean about too many projects. That's how I feel about tatting! I definitely want to learn but can't just now as I don't have the time. Next year for sure though!!!
