497 French Knots

Week 16 of TAST and my French knotted butterfly is finished.  I was curious as to how many I had done and I almost made the 500 mark.  Great stitch, fun and easy to do.

    1. Thanks Diane! I did one wing a day so it wasn't too bad at all and french knots are thankfully very easy and quick to do.

  2. Your stitching is beautiful and I adore your butterfly. 500 French Knots is a Master level I would think. Blissful stitching...

    1. Thank you Sherry! That's certainly the most french knots I've ever done on one piece. I'm just glad that so far I've been able to keep up with the Take A Stitch Tuesday challenge.

  4. It's a pretty butterfly. I like your blue flowers too, I have some in my garden right now, but don't know what they are called in English. I'm still working on my French knots.

    1. Thank you Annet! You've done some very neat french knot pieces that you've posted. I especially like your Eiffel Tower one.

  5. beautiful butterfly Jenny, have also seen it on stitchin fingers or maybe flickr. Just discovered how to find comments people have left on their blogs that I follow, hence the reason for nor replying before. Whether I will find the link next time I go on is a different matter. Should be doing some stitching but these blogs distract me!
