When I started stitching this small nutcracker pattern for my daughter I hadn't really thought how I'd finish it. When I mentioned it to her she requested that I somehow make it into a bookmark. Hmmm - well, I'm stitching it on a small piece of linen so it's not going to be a very long bookmark. Have to figure out something so that I can make it longer.

ReplyDeleteYou can alway applique it to a matching Christmas fabric to make it longer. Or you can just sew some strips of fabric to it. Or glue it to a piece of nice cardboard with a raw edge.
