Wanting to make smaller owls yet, I used sock yarn for these and they stand 2-3 inches high. They're filled with polyester fibre fill though and are a little unsteady. Think the next one I do I'll first make a little cloth bean bag to but inside so it will stand better.
After taking the owl pics, I saw MooShoo snoozing on my daughter's bed and snapped this picture of her. In typical cat behaviour she completely ignored me and pretended to be looking at something very interesting on the wall.
Lol, you're cat is funny!! Love the cute little owls, they just are fantastic ☺

Your wee Owls are fantastic looking. I have bought the pattern and have made 3 so far. 2 small and 1 medium one and I am at the point of stuffing them. I just bought some beans so hopefully they will stand good. Thanks for sharing all your Owls with us. Hugs Judy

MooShoo is beautiful and definitely in charge of your world as great cats should be. Your little owls are so adorable. I think you have a good idea with the stabilizing bean bags inside. Each of your owls just make me smile! Blissful Stitching Dear...
