Snow is in our forecast this week so I thought I'd try this week's TAST Italian Border stitch on a snowflake. This was a great stitch and simply a fly stitch with a french knot. Hope they're wrong about the snow.
Nice snowflake, Jeanette. I didn't think about leaving the stitch open on top when I did mine. Would have been interesting. So, what's wrong with snow? :)
this stitch works very well as snowflakes Jenny. Snow already I am glad it is not forecast here, wrap up,keep warm and plenty of stitching is the order of the day.

Nice idea f or the snowflake! I hope that white stuff stays away for quite some time: I don't have to shovel rain, right?
