Red Drizzles
Week 38 of TAST was the Drizzle stitch and it was such a neat stitch to learn how to do! I watched Mary Corbet's video tutorial on her Needle n' Thread website to see how it's done and it's not nearly as difficult as I thought it would be. I kept it simple and just stitched this row of drizzle flowers. Will definitely use this stitch again.

I had never heard about this stitch before until recently. I saw some work on Stitchin' Fingers. I like what you've done with it. Very sweet:)
ReplyDeleteHey, looks good!
ReplyDeleteThis stitch looks great as petals for a flower, Jenny! And, yes, I'm thankful for Mary's video, I couldn't have done the stitch without it. I just couldn't get it with any of the photos.
ReplyDeleteThe drizzle stitch is just too good, is it not??? I love the 3-D effect it gives! Don't go to my blog...nothing new there as of late. :)
